聚醚砜纤维研制
Preparation of poly (ether sulfone)fibers
【摘要】 采用国产聚醚砜熔融纺丝,并对牵伸丝的取向,力学性能和机械性能进行评价。结果表明,该聚合物在350℃具有良好的熔融可纺性;在30-100℃温度范围内,随温度升高,牵伸倍数有所增加;牵伸丝力学性能与取向程度线性相关;聚醚砜牵伸丝在80℃左右开始发生收缩,在其玻璃化转变温度附近出现明显收缩,尽寸热稳定性不理想。
【Abstract】 Poly(ether Sulfone) (PES)as-spun fibers were prepared by melt-spinning the PES resins made in China, and the as-spun fihers were drawn in the water bath at the temperature ranging from 30 100℃.The orientation mechanical properties and thermal mechanical properties of the drawn PES fibers were investigated.The experimental results show that the PES has good melt-spinng properties,the molecular orientation and fibers strength increase with increasing drawn ratio, and the tenacity is linearly related to the degree of orientation. The evidence of thermal mechanical analysis (TMA shows that PES drawn fibers begin to contract at the temperature of about 80℃, and contract considerably near its Tg(220. 6℃)temperature. The contraction for PES drawn fibers at the temperature below Tg can be explained by the fact that PES is a amorphous polymer, and the fibers do not contain the crystalline region to limit the movement of the chain segments.
