【Abstract】 The continuing education for staff nurses can develop nurse’s ability, improve nursing quality and raise the nursing job to a higher level. It’s also a key link for developing the nursing career. Since 1984, by offering continuing education in our hostpital, we have raised greatly the quality of the nursing staff.
