锌系磷化膜的电子显微结构分析

【摘要】 采用ＥＰＡ和ＴＥＭ等测试手段研究锌系磷化膜的形貌、晶体结构、化学成分和Ｚｎ／Ｐ值之间的关系，由此可确定磷化膜的耐蚀性能

【Abstract】 The correlation among appearance, crystal structure, chemical composition and Zn/P value of the zinc system phosphate coating is studied in this paper by means of EPA, TEM and other testing methods. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the phosphate coating can be determined.
