【Abstract】 Elastic foundation plate has many uses in actual engineering. In this paper, a new of compmational method is adopted, i. e.,the boundary element - linear complementary equation is used to ealculate the internal force of the plate laid on the elastic foundation under uniform load,the foundaTion Hround the plate is under the action of boundary load.
