【摘要】 近10多年来,我国高炉冷却壁技术在铸造材质、制造技术、小型冷却器应用、中晚期高炉冷却壁维护等方面取得了相当的进展。作者认为,我国今后应做好如下几项工作:加强冷却壁制造技术、设计技术的研究,注意消除冷却壁内部的铸造应力,提高高炉炉体监测装备水平等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Over the more ten years,the cooling stave technology in China has been considerably advanced in following aspects:casting material,manufacture technology,application of small size cylindrical cooler,BF operation and cooking stave maintenance in mid and end campaign and so on.The authors point out following suggestions for improvement:strengthing researches on cooling stave manufacture and design technology,eliminating casting stress in cooling stave and improving BF monitoring and measuring facility.更多还原
