【摘要】 1993年1月1日至19日攀钢集团公司西昌分公司在西昌φ2.4×30m回转窑上以鲁中铁精矿为原料进行了冷固结球团矿直接还原工业试验。试验主要技术经济指标为:直接还原铁日产量35.84t,窑容利用系数0.41/(m~3·d),金属化率92.24％。试验表明:冷固结球团矿直接还原新工艺具有工艺流程短、基建投资省、生产效率高、能源消耗少等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The industrial experiment of Luzhong iron concefltrate cold bond pellet direct reduction in 2.4×30 m rotary kiln was made at Xichang Division of Panzhihua Iron & Steel (Group) Co.from January 1 to 19,1993 The daily output of 35.84 t DRI,productivity of 0.41 t/(m3·d) and metallized rate of 92.24% were achieved.The experiment showed that the new direct reduction technology had such advantages as short flow,small investment,high efficiency and low power consumption.更多还原
