【摘要】 根据近年来对胎儿脐血有关基础研究和临床应用研究的资料发现，脐血中的某些细胞成分及生化成分对骨折的愈合可能产生刺激作用和促进作用．经采用实验动物模型骨折端注射脐血的方法，经过生化检验、Ｘ线拍片、肉眼观察、组织切片、透射电镜超微结构观察等，结果显示，胎儿脐血对促进骨折愈合具有明显作用，愈合时间较对照组平均缩短一周以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis fundamental and clinical research on fetal umbilical cord blood, the authors found that it contained some cells and biochemical composition having the effect of stimulating or promoting the beating of fracture. By injecting cord blood to the fracture site experimental animal models,and studying the biochemical changes, X- ray fluroscopy,naked eye and microscopic observation, and electronic microscopy of the ultrastructure etc, the results revealed that umbilical cord blood can obviously improve the healing of fracture cure, and the healing time shortened more that one week as compared with that of the controls.更多还原
