【摘要】 为探讨猪苓多糖对毒激素-L诱导的恶病质样表现的抑制作用,将实验大鼠分为正常对照组、猪苓多糖组、毒激素-L组和毒激素-L+猪苓多糖组,观察各组大鼠脂解反应和摄食情况,并测定血清中糖、蛋白质和微量元素含量。结果显示,毒激素-L可显著诱导脂解反应,抑制大鼠的摄入行为,并降低血糖、血锌及升高血铜水平,而猪苓多糖能显著抑制毒激素-L的此种作用(P<0.01)。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the inhibitive effect of umbellate pore polysaccharide on cachexia-like symptom induced by toxohormone-L 籺he rats were divided into four groups :normal control group, umbellate pore polysaccharide group, toxohormone-L group and united group of toxohormone-L and umbellate pore polysaccharide. The lipolysis, feeding behaviour and the levels of blood-surgar, protein and trace element were determined. The results showed that toxohormone-L from ascites fluid with primary hepatoma could induce lipolysis in vitro significantly, inhibit feeding behaviour, decrease the levels of blood surgar and zinc,increase the level of blood copper in rats. The effects of toxohormone-L could be inhibited significantly by umbellate pore polysaccharide( P <0. 01).更多还原
