青年与老年妇女膳食状况比较分析

【摘要】 为探讨妇女膳食状况,对本市三台子地区某工厂青年女工和退休女工进行了5天称重法膳食调查。结果如下:两组人群的膳食均以植物性食物为主,热能摄入量较低,尤以青年组较严重。青年组的蛋白质和老年组脂肪供给充足,但两组人群维生素B1、B2、维生素C、烟酸、钙和锌摄入量不足。

【Abstract】 In order to study the diet of women, condition of diet were surveyed by measuring weight of diet for 5 days from young and retired work-women employed certain factories in Shantaizi district of Shenyang. According to the recommended dietary allowance by the Chinese Nutrition Society, the results showed that the main diet in two groups was planty food. Energy intake was relatively lowf especially in young group. Proteins in young group and fats in old group proved sufficient. But vitamin Bi, BI , C, nicotine acidCvitamin PP), calcium and zinc were assimilated insufficiently in the two groups.
