不同骨骼肌桥接兔正中神经缺损的实验形态学研究
Experimental and Morphological Study of Median Nerve Bridge with Varied Skeletal Muscle
【摘要】 用游离自然变性背最长肌和肱三头肌内侧头为肌桥,分别缝接18只兔的右、左肢正中神经缺损2cm。经术后7天、14天、28天、45天、60天和180天的连续形态学观察,得知再生神经纤维是通过两肌桥变性残留的管而达靶器官。背最长肌桥的神经再生效果明显优于肱三头肌内侧头,可能由于前者较后者肌纤维长和配列规则所致。
【Abstract】 We conducted the study to bridge rabbit median nerve with free natural degenerative longissimus dorsi and medial head of triceps branchii. 18 rabbits with 2cm defect of bilateral median nerve -were used. Morphological study was conducted at 7 ,14,28,45,60 and 180 days of follow up. We noted that regenerative nerve fibers arrived target organ through the residual tube of degenerative muscle bridging. The regenerative effect of longissimus dorsi was better than triceps branchii’s. More regular arrangement and longer fibers of longissimus dorsi perhaps were the reasons.
