水禽候鸟感染霍乱弧菌及其与霍乱扩散关系的研究——新疆疫区霍乱弧菌水鸟分离株实验感染斑嘴鸭、绿头鸭的研究
Relationship between Infection of Vibrio Cholera in Water Birds and Transmission of Cholera
【摘要】 以霍乱弧菌O4和O58新疆疫区水鸟分离株实验感染野生斑嘴鸭、绿头鸭。结果进一步证实多种水鸟可感染霍乱弧菌而成为动物宿主。其感染过程为隐性感染,排菌早、带菌期长,并首次发现水鸟短期内可重复感染霍乱弧菌。提示某些水鸟也可感染流行群型霍乱弧菌,并经迁徙活动传播霍乱。
【Abstract】 Anaspoecirhynha and anasplastynchos were infected with O4 and Os, of vibrio cholera experimentally. It was proved that many kinds of water birds might be infected with cholera and become animal hosts. The infection process was charicterized by a silent infection, an early discharging bacteria and a long time of carrying bacteria, as well as the water birds might be reinfected with vibrio cholera in a short time. It was indicated that some water birds might be infected with vibrio cholera and transmit it by migration.
