【摘要】 本文提出以系数倍率分光光度法测定安钠咖注射液中咖啡因和本甲酸钠的含量．样品以0．1mol／LHCl液稀释后，在230nm和272nm波长处同时测定咖啡因和本甲酸钠，测得二组分平均回收率分别为99．1％和100．2％，相对标准差为0．77％和0．76％（n＝7）．本法简便、快速，适用于安钠咖注射液的常规分析．更多还原

【Abstract】 A K-ratio spectrophotometric method for the quantitative determination of caffeine and sodium benzoate in annaka injection was investigated by using manual spectrophotometer (UV-300). The sample diluted with 0. 1 mol/L HCL solution, was analyzed by absorbances at 230 nm and 272 nm. The average recoveries were 99.1 % and 100. 2% respectivly and the coefficients of variation were 0.77% and 0. 76% (n=7).
