多裂纹弹塑性断裂评定研究

【摘要】 用线弹性断裂力学分析了均匀拉伸二维和三维共面双裂纹之间的干涉效应,并用弹塑性有限元分析了均匀拉伸共线等大双穿透裂纹之间弹塑性干涉效应的变化规律。对各国缺陷评定规范存在多裂纹时的处理方法进行了评价,认为弹塑性干涉效应大于线弹性干涉效应,只从线弹性干涉效应来确定多裂纹断裂的评定方法,有可能产生不安全的结果。最后提出了一种以弹塑性J积分计算为基础的双裂纹失效评定的工程方法

【Abstract】 The interaction effect between double 2 D and 3 D coplanar cracks under uniform tension load has been analyzed by using linear elastic fracture mechanics. By using an elastic plastic finite element method the change law of E P interaction effect between co linear double equally sized through cracks subjected to same load are also studied. The paper then considers the wing in which multiple cracks are treated in various present assessing procedures. Finally, an engineering method to assess double crack failure is put forward on the basis of calculations of the contour integral J .
