40万t/a催化裂解工程设计的开发和应用

【摘要】 我国首套新建40万t/a催化裂解联合装置于1995年3月在中国石化安庆石油化工总厂炼油厂投产。该装置设计中采用了多项专有技术。烧焦管多段供风的高效再生技术的应用,获得良好效果,约80%~90%的焦炭在管内烧掉,管上部的催化剂含炭量降到0.1%~0.25%,再在床层再生器中进行完全再生。装置的热量平衡和丙烯收率均达到了预期效果,为今后大型催化裂解装置的设计、建设和工业生产提供经验。

【Abstract】 The first grassroots Deep Catalytic Cracking unit with a capacity of 400 thousand t/a was start-up in Anqing refinery in March,1995.Several proprietary techniques have been used in the engineering design, in which,a high efficiency regeneration system has been employed. This design can obtain fast regeneration in a dilute-phase using a tube-combustor with multi-stage air inlets.80% to 90% of the coke deposited on the catalyst can be burned in the tube combustor and the carbon on regenrated catalyst was 0.1% to 0.25% in the upper part of the tube.The complete combustion was successively obtained in a rather small bed regenerator.The heat balance of the reactor/regenerator and the propylene yield all reached the design targets.
