【摘要】 本文对不同年龄组健康人血清免疫球蛋白（Ｉｇ）、循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＣ）和游离自身抗体（ａｕｔｏ－Ａｂ）的含量进行同步测定。结果发现，血清ＩｇＧ含量随增龄无明显改变，老年组ＩｇＡ明显高于青壮年组和老年前期组，而ＩｇＭ从４５岁便开始下降，老年人降低更为显著；老年组血清ＩｇＧ含量与ＣＩＣ－ＩｇＧ、ａｕｔｏ－Ａｂ－ＩｇＧ含量呈明显正相关；ＣＩＣ－ＩｇＧ／血清ＩｇＧ明显高于其他年龄组，提示其体内有免疫复合物滞留。这说明，评价老年人体液免疫功能时，不仅要测定血清Ｉｇ含量，而且要测定ＣＩＣ－Ｉｇ和ａｕｔｏ－Ａｂ－Ｉｇ的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concentrations of serum immunoglobulin(Ig),Ig in circulating immunocomplex(CIC Ig) and the titers of eight kinds of autoantibodies(auto Ab)were determined in the healthy subjects of various ages.The results showed that the serum IgA level in the elderly group was higher than those in the youth and pre elderly groups,the IgM levels in the elderly and pre elderly groups were lower than those in the youth group,but the IgG levels were not significantly different between these three groups The levels of serum Ig were positively correlated to the levels of CIC Ig and auto Ab titers in the elderly,but were not in the youth control group.Thus,it is difficult to judge the humoral immune status of the elderly only depending on the levels of serum Ig.The results of the ratio between CIC Ig and serum Ig levels (CIC Ig/S Ig) was significantly increased in the elderly group and it was suggested that CIC were accumulated in the body.We believe that this ratio is very important in reflecting the dynamic changes in antibodies and the capacity of immuno clearance function.更多还原
