【摘要】 比较了使用压缩空气与使用洗耳球热空气干燥牙面对封闭剂脱落率的影响。结果表明：压缩空气干燥牙面较洗耳球热空气干燥牙面，封闭剂完全脱落率低；上颌磨牙远中腭沟、近中沟，差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），下颌磨牙面差异无显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。说明使用压缩空气干燥牙面有利于封闭剂的保留，特别对于不易操作的上颌磨牙影响更加明显，而对于能直视、易操作的下颌磨牙，使用洗耳球热空气干燥牙面也能达到较好的效果更多还原

【Abstract】 The sealant retention rates in two groups of subjects using two methods of air drying are reported. 145 middle school students were divided into two groups. Sealants were placed on the first molars of the subjects in each group by similar techniques except for the method of air dring the teeth. In the first groups compressed air was used and in the second air diring by means of a rubber chip blower. The three-year retention rates demonstrated a higher percentage of sealant retention in the compressed air group. This was partienlarly evident in the mesial and distal lingual fissures of the upper molars. No significant diference was observed however in the lower molars. These results indicate that provided the tooth in well isolated and carefully dried the chip blower can be effective in dring lower molar teeth. This has significant implications in rural and mountain areas of China where electricity and compresors are not available.更多还原
