井下动力钻具性能微机测控系统

【摘要】 针对井下动力钻具性能检测的要求,采用微型计算机控制整个测试试验过程,可实现循环流量的给定及自动调节,自动施加扭矩载荷,自动采集各测试参数。经运算处理后可输出动力钻具的性能参数,并绘制特性曲线。该系统提高了动力钻具性能测试的自动化程度。大量试验证明,该测控系统具有较高的准确性及可靠性,使用效果良好。

【Abstract】 According to the requirements for testing the performance of downhole drill motors, the setting and autoregulation of the circulation flow, the auto-exerting of the torque, and the auto-acquisition of various test data can be realized by controlling the whole testing process with a microcomputer. The performance data and the characteristic curves of downhole drill motors can be put out by compututerisation. A large number of tests show that this system improves the automatic level of performance test for downhole drill motors with high accuracy and reliability.
