微生物采油菌种的筛选和评价
Laboratory Screening and Evaluation of Bacterial Species for Oil Recovery
【摘要】 微生物发酵液具有很高的生物活性和良好的驱油性能。系统地报导了大庆油田室内筛选和评价菌种的方法,所采用的假单胞杆菌(Pseuedomonasaeruginosa),野油菜花黄单胞杆菌(Xan-themonascompestris),地衣芽孢杆菌(BacillusLicheniformis)和5GA近似于节杆菌(Bacteroides)的配伍菌种。室内模型试验表明,该混合培养物可提高采收率34.3%,提高残余油采收率69.8%,达到目前的国际水平。
【Abstract】 Laboratory screening and evaluation of bacterial species for Oil recovery were introduced,including Pseuodomonas aeruginosa ,Xanthemonas compestris,Bacillus licheniformis and 5 GA. Oil recovery in the laboratory was increased by 34. 3%,and the residual Oil recovery by 69. 8%.
