石化工业渣泥中微量砷的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定
The Determination of Trace Arsenic in the Waste of Petrochemical Industry by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy
【摘要】 石化工业渣泥经H2SO4—HNO3—HClO4消解处理后,采用镍作为基体改进剂,偏振塞曼效应扣去背景,实现了砷的石墨炉原子吸收法的直接测定。该方法操作简便、干扰少、灵敏度高。砷的检测下限为0.7ng/mL,样品分析回收率达94%~103%,相对标准偏差为4.7%。
【Abstract】 The paper reports a determination of the content of arsenic in the waste of petrochemical industry by graphite furnace AAS. The determination Condition and digesting method are also explored. In 4% chloric acid medium, with 50μg/mL nickel as matrix modifier,the determination of trace arsenic in waste applied graphite furnace AAS and used Zeeman effect background correction has been developed. The detection lower limit is 0. 7ng/mL and the recovery is between 94% and 103%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 4. 7%.
