【摘要】 网损率是电网经济运行和技术管理的综合考核指标。在油田电网中，配电网的网损率在整个网损中占有较大的比重。中国石油天然气总公司九五科技发展规划纲要提出“要使油田电网网损率降低一个百分点”，主要要从降低油田配电网网损实现。但目前尚无计算配电网网损率的精确算法。本文针对油田特点提出的“功率方差法”及其应用软件《油田配电网优化运行、节能降耗决策支持系统》对提高配电网网损率计算精度、统一油田配电网网损率计算方法，使各油田配电网节能效果和管理水平的考核有了可比的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Network loss rate is a comprehensive evaluation index for the economic operation and technical management of electricity power network,and the network loss rate of the distribution network in oilfield power network takes up a considerable proportion in the whole network loss."To decrease the network loss rate of oilfield power network by one persent",which is set forth by CNPC in its"Outline of the Nineth Five Year Plan for Technology Development",shall be realized mainly by cutting down the network losses from oilfield power distribution network. However,up to now there is no accurate method concerning calculation of the network loss rate of power distribution network.Introduced in this paper according to the characteristics of oilfields are "Power Variance Method"and its application software,called "Decision Support System for the Optimized Operation,Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction of Oilfield Power Distribution Network" ,which provides a comparable basis for improving calculation accuracy of network loss rate,standardizing calculating method,and evaluating the energy saving effect and management level in respect to the oilfield power distribution network.更多还原
