【Abstract】 This paper report clinical informations of one hundred cases of traumatic wet lung.On the basis of literature,the causes of formation,X—ray manifestations;radiologic classification and distinguished diognosis of traumatic wet lung were investigated.The authors consider that the cause of formation of traumatic wet lung is combination of kinds of factors.X—ray findings are compound changes of lung contusion and lung laceration.Weilling sign is characteristic x—ray presen talion of traumatic wet lung.更多还原
