抚顺页岩油的络合与精制

【摘要】 用CuCl2·2H2O对抚顺页岩油柴油馏分(<360℃馏分)进行络合,然后将除去含氮等极性化合物的未络合分通过酸碱精制制成柴油产品,并将以含氮化合物为主的络合分制成缓蚀剂,从而提高了页岩油的利用价值.

【Abstract】 A combined refining method for diesel fraction of Fushun shale oil was developed. The experiment showed that the nitrogen compounds can be removed successfully from diesel fraction by using CuCl2. 2H2O without solvent, and CuCl2 . 2H2O can be reused. The uncomplexed fraction can be further refined by acid and caustic treating. The complex compounds of shale oil are the good crossion inhibitors. The synthesized inhibitor produced by the CuCl2. 2H2O complex has a good dissolvability in water, and its inhibitation is better than that of the commercial inhibitor 7161-102.
