【摘要】 作者于１９８０年１月～１９９４年１０月收治了１２例原发性支气管粘液表皮样癌，均经手术和病理证实。占同期原发性肺部恶性肿瘤的０．９９％（１２／１２１４）。３年生存率为８０．０％。作者根据临床资料并结合文献复习，认为此瘤是原发性支气管低度恶性肿瘤的一种，手术切除是唯一有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twelve cases of patients with primary bronchial mucoepidermoid cancer were operated and pathologically confirmed in our hospital during 1980.1～1994.10. It accounted for 0.99% of 1214 cases with primary pulmonary malignant tumors in the same period. Postoperative 3-year-survival was 80.0%. According to clinical data and the literatures review, the authors consider that this disease is one kind of primary bronchial low grade malignant tumors and surgical operation is only effective treatment for it.更多还原
