【摘要】 用抗生物素－生物素－过氧化物酶复合物法，对胆囊炎胆石症患者１２例和胆囊癌患者５例作增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）测定。发现胆囊癌时ＰＣＮＡ５例均阳性，胆石症时ＰＣＮＡ阳性５例，７例阴性。两组间有统计学意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。且ＰＣＮＡ阳性中胆石症患者的病史在５年以上，胆囊癌患者年龄在６０岁以上。提示年龄在６０岁，病史５年的胆石症患者，应警惕胆囊癌，建议作手术治疗，尤其是女性更多还原

【Abstract】 roliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in tissue of 5 patients with gallblader neoplasm(group 1)and 12 patients with choleli thiasis(group 2)were determined using avidin biotin peroxidase complex(ABC)method It was found that PCNA of all patients in group 1 and of 7 patients in group 2 was positive Difference between the two groups was significant(P<0 05) Moreover,the patients with cholelitriasis had a case history above 5 years and the patients with gallbladder neoplasm was more than 60 years old The results suggest that the patients with cholelithiasis,whose case history is more than 5 years,ought to be operated for prevention of canceration更多还原
