【摘要】 报告４０例精索静脉曲张不育症患者，经精索静脉高位结扎术治疗后随访２～５年，平均３．５年，致孕率为１５％。对治疗效果进行了分析，认为一旦发现精索静脉曲张应及早治疗，术后一定时间妻子仍未妊娠，应进一步检查以排除其他因素导致的不育症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty patients with male infertility associated with varicocele who had undergone high ligation of spermatic vein were reported.The follow up ranged from 2 to 5 years and the pregnancy rate (of their wives)was 15%. suggesting that operation should be done as soon as the varicocele is diagnosed.更多还原
