【摘要】 本文选择了肺心病急性加重期患者４５例及健康献血员６０例进行研究。结果发现：肺心病组ＰＴ、ＴＴ、ＫＰＴＴ明显缩短，ＰＡＧＴ增高，ＰａＯ２下降，ＰａＣＯ２显著上升及ｐＨ值异常（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：肺心病急性加重期有明显凝血功能异常，这可能是肺心病突然加重的一个重要因素更多还原

【Abstract】 ostudythedisorderofcoagulablefunctionintheexacerbatedpatientswithchron-iccorpulmonale,PT,TT,KPTT,PAGT,PaO2andPaCO2weremeasuredin45pa-tientswithacuteonsetofchroniccorpulmonale,including30malesand15females,and60normalsubjectsascontrols.(36malesand24females).TheresultsshowedthattheparametersofPT,TTandKPTTdecreasedandPAGTincreased,atthesametimePaO2decreasedandPaCO2increasedinthepatients.Comparedwiththoseofthecontrolstherewassignificantdiference(P<0.01).Therewassignificanthypercoagulabilityinthepatientswithchroniccorpulmonaleduringexacerbation.Thismaybeoneofthemainreasonsthatresultsintheonsetofthedisease.更多还原
