【摘要】 分析了用射频导管消融术治疗的３７例顽固性心动过速，其中室上性心动过速（ＳＶＴ）３１例，特发性室性心动过速（ＩＶＴ）４例，心房扑动（ＡＦ）２例。除１例房室折返性心动过速（ＡＶＲＴ）再次手术失败外，全部手术成功。发生右股部血肿１例，其余均无并发症出现。随访４～１１月，２例ＡＶＲＴ者复发ＳＶＴ，行二次ＲＦＣＡ术治疗均成功。表明ＲＦＣＡ术为目前治疗顽固心动过速最安全和有效的非药物疗法更多还原

【Abstract】 heradiofrequencycatheterablationwasperformedwithin6monthsin37patientswithtachycardia,including31withsuperaventriculartachycardia(SVT),4withidio-pathicventriculartachycardia(IVT)and2withatrialfluter(AF).Theablationwassuccesfulinthepatientsexceptonehavinghematoma.During4～11months’folow-up,2patientswithSVTwererecuredandtheirSVTwaspermanentlyeliminatedbyreapplicationofRFCA.ItshowsthattheRFCAisahighlyvaluableandefectivenon-drugtherapyforobstinatetachycardia.更多还原
