【摘要】 用核素肾动态显像对１７例原发性高血压患者单用巯甲丙脯酸治疗４．７月前后的肾功能进行了动态观察。结果表明：巯甲丙脯酸治疗后绝大多数病例的血压降至正常，肾显像指标全肾平均通过时间及高峰时间明显缩短（Ｐ＜０．０１），血肌酐降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），血尿素氮变化不大。说明巯甲丙脯酸在满意降压的同时可使原发性高血压患者的肾功能改善；核素肾动态显像是－较灵敏的反映肾功能动态变化的检测方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 he effect of captopril on renal function was assessed in 17 patients with essential hyper-tension,by using radionuclide renal dynamic imaging. The results showed that the bloodpressure of almost all the patients with EH became normal, kidney mean transit time andtime to peak were significantly shortened(P<0.01), creatinine was dropped (P<0.05)and the blood urea nitrogen had little change. It suggested that captopril could improve therenal function of the patients with EH as it decreased the blood presstire. The radionucliderenal dynamic imaging was a sensitive method for assessment of the dynamic change of therenal function.更多还原
