【摘要】 论述了湖南省水土流失、森林退化、水资源匮乏、环境污染等生态环境中的灾害特征、灾情，分析了生态环境的演变．从全省范围来看，生态环境现状是局部改善，总体恶化．针对湖南生态环境现状提出了生态系统调控途径与生态灾害防御的对策更多还原

【Abstract】 The exposition and study are presented on the soil and water resources and environment pollutions in Hunan province, and according to the systematical analyses its ecological envieronment is partly improved but on the whole has deteriorated. The environment calamities will be more serious in the period of 1995-2000, especially the "three waste" pollutions, which are the important dormant causes on the increase of its natural calamities. Finally, modulation treaties of its ecological system and countermeasures of its ecological calamities are put forward on the current ecological environment in Hunan province.更多还原
