【Abstract】 The jujube’ s equilibrium moisture content was determined by the thermal resistor thermohygrograph method in all the range of relative moisture in 10～70℃.The results showed that the measured value by thermohygrograph method is consistent compared with static state method,but that is swifter and more simple than static state method.The method of thermogrograph may be used as a new method determining equilibriummoisture content of farm production.更多还原
