【Abstract】 The contents of starch,proteins,cuticle,cork and tannins in the twigs of 63 tree species were measured by histochemical methods.After comparing them with the amount of feeds by the insect,it showed that those in which the contents of cuticle and cork are higher are Anoplophora resistance species,in vice versa.Therefore,the contents of cuticle and cork can.be used as indicer for the selection of insect pest-resistance tree species.The contents of starch and proteins however,are not related to the insect resistance.更多还原
