LaZSM-5 对苯酚羟基化反应的催化作用
CATALYTIC EFFECTS OF LaZSM 5 ON PHENOL HYDROXYLATION
【摘要】 以水热法合成的LaZSM-5为催化剂,对苯酚与过氧化氢的羟基化反应进行了研究,考察了苯酚/H2O2比、LaZSM-5中La2O3/SiO2比、LaZSM-5/苯酚比以及反应时间对反应的影响。结果表明,在LaZSM-5中La对该反应有显著的影响。可以认为,这是由于La与沸石骨架发生了作用,产生了新的催化中心。通过水热法合成的LaZSM-5与离子交换法和浸渍法获得的含La的ZSM-5的比较可以看出,前者的催化活性明显地优于后二者。这可能是由于前者中的La与骨架发生了作用,因而使其具有良好的氧化性能。
【Abstract】 The catalytic effect of LaZSM 5 synthesized by hydrothermal method on phenol hydroxylation with hydrogen peroxide was studied.The effects of phenol/H 2O 2,La 2O 3/SiO 2 of LaZSM 5,phenol/LaZSM 5 and reaction time were investigated.It showed that La containing ZSM 5 had obvious catalytic reactivity to this reaction,suggested that La had effected the framework of LaZSM 5 and generated new catalytic centers.The LaZSM 5 synthesized by hydrothermal method was different from La containing ZSM 5 prepared by ionic exchange and impregnation,La in LaZSM 5 synthesized by hydrothermal method may affect the framework and make contribution to its particular oxidative activity.
