润滑油基础油中含氮化合物的分离
SEPARATION OF NITROGEN COMPOUNDS FROM LUBE BASE OILS
【摘要】 为了考察含氮化合物对润滑油基础油氧化安定性的影响,将150SN、150ZN及900ZN脱蜡油用四氯化钛、二氯化铜络合法或磷酸改性硅胶色谱法进行分离,以获得含氮化合物、碱性含氮化合物或非碱性含氮化合物的浓缩物。结果表明:四氯化钛对总氮的脱除率为80%左右,碱氮的脱除率可达90%以上;二氯化铜对碱性含氮化合物的络合具有较高的选择性;用磷酸改性硅胶色谱法分离碱性含氮化合物,可以达到很高的回收率,但选择性较差。总的来看,用四氯化钛和二氯化铜两步络合的方法效果较好。
【Abstract】 The nitrogen compounds in 150SN ,150ZN and 900ZN dewaxed lube base oils were separated by complexing with TiCl 4,and the TiCl 4 complexes obtained were divided further into basic and non basic fractions by complexing with CuCl 2 or chromatography with silica gel modified by phosphoric acid.By this separation scheme,the concentrates of nitrogen compounds,basic or non basic nitrogen compounds,used for the examination of effects of nitrogen compounds on oxidation stability of base oils,can be obtained.The results show that the removal of nitrogen compounds by TiCl 4 complexing is about 80%,and 90% for that of basic nitrogen compounds.For separation of basic fraction the complexing with CuCl 2 is more selective than that of the chromatography with silica gel modified by phosphoric acid.
