乙烷裂解结焦抑制剂性能的预测与评价
EVALUATION OF COKING INHIBITORS FOR RECYCLE ETHANE PYROLYSIS
【摘要】 在脉冲微型裂解装置上模拟了工业乙烷裂解炉(SRT-Ⅰ)的产物分布和结焦行为。预测和评价了二甲基二硫(DMDS)及二硫化碳(CS2)两种结焦抑制剂的性能。给出了预测SRT-Ⅰ型工业乙烷裂解炉操作周期的数学模型。工业运转结果表明,在脉冲微型裂解装置上的评价结果是可靠的。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the product distribution and coking behavior of industrial ethane cracker SRT Ⅰ are simulated in a pulse micropyrolysis system.The performance of two coking inhibitors,dimethyl disulfide and carbonyl disulfide has been evaluated,and the mathematic model predicting the operating period of industrial ethane cracker SRT Ⅰ is proposed.It is proved by the industrial trial that the lab evaluation results are predictable.
