流化催化裂化再生器湍流流化床密相区两相流动规律的研究
A STUDY ON THE TWO PHASE FLOW IN THE DENSE PHASE REGION OF THE TURBULENT FLUIDIZED BEDS OF FCC REGENERATOR
【摘要】 分别在φ710mm×4000mm/φ870mm×11000mm有机玻璃流化床和800kt/a重油流化催化裂化装置的再生器中对湍流流化床密相区的两相流动规律进行了研究.通过对实验结果的分析,建立了适合于湍流流化床的两相模型.由因次分析出发给出的床层密相区的截面平均密度沿轴向高度分布的准数关联式可用于工程设计.
【Abstract】 The two phase flow in the dense phase region of FCC turbulent fluidized beds hasbeen studied in a cold model fluidized bed made of plexiglass with a diameter-variable pipe ofφ 710mm X 4000mm/φ870mm X 11000mm and also in a commercial RFCC regenerator (800kt/a ). According to the theoretical analysis of experimental results, a two phase model fittingto the turbulent fluidized beds is established. By using dimensional analysis, an expression ofdense phase region density correlated by dimensionless group is obtained, which is expectedto be used for process engineering design of commercial units.
