【摘要】 对３８份内科护理学期末试卷从难易度与区分度、信度与效度等方面进行了综合分析。结果显示：试卷总体水平难易度偏易，但区分度较好，信度可靠，效度反映了本次试卷内容未体现护理特色，与专业培养目标不一致。为此，提出以下３点建议：①合理筛选试题，确保考试信度；②兼顾教学大纲与目标方面的要求，确保试卷的内容效度；③重视考试内容与专业培养目标的一致性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Internal nursing term test paper were analyzed in degree of difficulty,differentiation,feasibility and effectiveness.The results showed that the whole level of the test(degree of difficulty) was easier,but the differentiation and feasibility were excellent.As to the effectiveness,the test paper did not reflect nursing feature and did not coincide with the aim of professional training.The authors suggested that (1)test questions be selected reasonably and feasibility of the test be guaranteed;(2)teaching program and aim of professional training be considered simultaneously and the effectiveness of the test be ensured;(3)the content of test be coincident with the aim of professional training.更多还原
