球形曲面多点分段成形的实验研究
THE STUDY OF STEP-BY-STEP MULTI-POINT FORMING EXPERIMENTS WITH SPHERICAL SHAPE
【摘要】 本文进行了球形曲面与横向曲率较大及纵向曲率较大的椭球形曲面的多点分段成形实验研究。通过实验论证了分段成形时,横向变形较大及纵向变形较大的成形具有不同的变形特点和成形规律,并分析了二者之间的区别和联系;探讨了球面分段成形时可能产生的缺陷及其产生原因。基于其产生原因,通过合理的成形方法可获得满足成形质量和成形精度的制品。
【Abstract】 Step-by-step Multi-Point Forming experiments are carried out in case of transverse curvature is equal to or larger than or less than longitudinal curvature. This paper proves that forming with larger transverse curvature and forming with larger longitudinal curvature have their own forming rules and deformation characteristic, analyses the difference and connection of these two formings, describes the defects and their mechanism probably occuring in spherical step-by-step forming. Basing on this mechanism, Part which is in perfect forming quality and forming precision can be obtained with proper forming method.
