磺胺嘧啶的极谱伏安行为研究
STUDY ON THE POLAROGRAPHIC AND VOLTAMMETRIC BEHAVIOR OF SULFADIZINE
【摘要】 通过对磺胺嘧啶在多种底液中的极谱伏安行为研究,发现磺胺嘧定在BR缓冲溶液(pH4.2)和HAc-NaAc缓冲液(pH4.32)中产生良好的还原峰,峰电位分别为-0.76V和-0.79V(vs.SCE),在这两种底液中,峰电流或其导数峰高与磺胺嘧啶浓度在5×10-7~4×10-4mol/L和5×10-6~3×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为8×10-7mol/L,可望用于药物的定量测定。本文还运用多种电化学方法与技术详细研究了该还原峰电流的性质与电极反应过程,实验结果表明,它是具有吸附性的完全不可逆的还原峰。文章还初步提出了电极反应的机理。
【Abstract】 The polarographic and voltammetric behavior of sulfadizine were studied by various electrochemical methods.A welldefined linear sweep voltammetric peak was yielded in Britton-Robinson buffer(pH4.2) and HAc-NaAc buffer(pH4.3).The peak potential is about-0.76V and-0.79V(vs.SCE),respectively.A linear relationship holds between the peak bights and the concentrations of sulfadizine in the range of 5 × 10-7~4 ×10-4mol/L(BR buffer) and 5×10-6~3×10-4mol/L(HAc-NaAc buffer).The limit of detection is8×10-7mol/L.The characteristics of the peak have been examined in detail.The experi mental results prove that the reduction of sulfadizine is irreversible and the peak has adsorption characteristic.The mechanism of reduction is proposed as well.
