【Abstract】 A cell strain (4E6) which could stably secrete McAbs (IgG2b) to M blood group antigen was obtained by hybridoma technique using OM group erythrocyte membrane blood-group glucoprotein A as antigen. The strain could specifically recognize the dimer and monomer of M group glucoprotein A and react with M group Panel A red cells. Preliminary clinical application indicated that 4E6 could be used for M, N blood-group typing system.更多还原
