应用同功酶图谱鉴别动物细胞种属来源的研究
Identification of Species of Animal Cells by Isozymogram
【摘要】 采用薄层球脂糖凝胶电泳方法,对人、小鼠、兔、中国白鼠、豚鼠、拘、牛、猴等动物细胞进行MD、NP、LD和G6PD四种酶组成分析,获得了上述动物细胞四组同功酶图谱,将此图谱用于46株传代细胞的种局归类研究,确认来源于人的细胞有25株,小鼠有10株,仓鼠有3株,非洲绿猴有4株,其它来源4株,均与实验相符.说明所制备的图谱可靠并有较好的重复性、稳定性。
【Abstract】 Four groups of isozymograms were obtained by analyzing the composition of MD, NP, LD and G6PD derived from human, mouse, rabbit, Chinese hamster, guinea pig,dog, ox and monkey cells using thin layer agarose gel electrophoresis and applied for the species identification of 46 strains of various passaged cells. The results were competely identieal with the actual species origin. It suggested that the isozymogram prepared is good in reliability, reproducibility and stability.
