【Abstract】 Any pieces cutting from the Gynostemma Pentaphyllum can be induced to form callus on MS meclium supplemented with hormones.We set a series of hormone levels in the induction procedure.By statistics analysis we can find the most appropriate hormone and hormone level obviously affecting the dedifferentiation and callusformation of Grynostemma Pentaphyllum.更多还原
