【Abstract】 Using the method of mean open durations of consecutive groups,the patch clamp recording of K~+ channel of PC-12 cell was analysed,Three open states of the channel activities were detected,the frequency distribution of mean open durations was fitted with normal densities of probability,and the mean and variance of each states were estimated.The method introduced in the paper is very useful for the patch clamp recording of ion channel.更多还原
