【摘要】 乙型肝炎是由乙型肝炎病毒引起的严重传染病。本文建立了乙肝病毒颗粒模型，并应用于中草药破坏乙肝病毒的筛选，证明标准品大黄（含生药ｌｇ／ｍｌ）抗乙肝病毒可达到１：１６０以上，且不受ｐＨ影响，证明该模型稳定、简便，可应用于大量破坏乙肝病毒中草药的筛选。更多还原
