【Abstract】 The kinetics of the asymmetric esterification of racemic 2-octaol with octanoic acid catalyzed by Candida sp. lipase in cyclohexane was studied. The esterification reaction agreed with the Ping-Pong Bi Bi mechanism. Candida sp. lipase catalyzed the esterification of (R) 2-octanol with octanoic acid more easily than (S) 2-octanol.更多还原
