计算机化大鼠心电信号采集和处理系统
^A Computerized System for Acquiring and Processing ECG Signal of the Rat
【摘要】 目的:由于大鼠心率快(400次/分左右),故用于人的心电信号的分析软硬件不太适合于大鼠电信号的分析。为此专门研究了计算机化大鼠心电信号采集和处理系统。结果:系统硬件组成:由电极系统:不锈钢针状电极,Ⅱ导联;专用放大器:通频带宽:0.5~300HZ,放大倍数1000X,共模抑制比>90dB,输入阻抗>5MΩ;AD转换器:12位精度;以及计算机系统:80486DXⅡ-50CPU。系统软件用高级语言和汇编语言混合编程,由数据采集模块,时域参数(幅度和时程)提取模块,谱分析模块,R-R间期提取模块,混沌参数提取模块组成.采样频率1500Hz,320k数据.本系统获得的大鼠心电图是高分辨心电图,时间分辨率0.67ms,约为普通心电图的时间分辨率60倍,故可观察到大鼠心电的精细结构。结论:1.大鼠心电有更复杂的心室去极化波形:QRXYS复合波。2.功率谱具有双峰特征。3.心动周期信号的功率谱有类似于人的三峰特征。
【Abstract】 Since the heart rate of the rat is so quick (about 400 BMP). that the software and hardware for analysing ECG signal of human are not suitable for analysing the rat’s ECG signal, we have developed a computerized system for acquiring and processing the ECG signal of rat. The hardware compositions of system are as follows: Electrode system: Stainless steel electrode with needle shape,, lead I Amplifier for special purpose: thepass band width 0. 5~ 300Hi, the gain 1000 times, the common mode rejection ratio bigger than 90 dB, the inputimpedance bigger than SMnl the AD converter precison 12 bitsl and the computer system 80486DX I -50CPU.The software of the system is programmed by means of mixed high and assemble languages. It consists of the modules for sampling data, extracting time domain parameters (amplitude, duration ), analysing power spectrum, extracting R-R intervals, and extracting chaos parameters. The sampling rate is 1500Hi with 320KB data. The ECGof rats which obtained by this system was of high resolution I the time resolution was 0. 67ms which was 60 timesas large as the common ECG. Therefore the fine structure about ECG form rats could be observed. We concludedthat the ECG of rats had more complicated wave shape of ventricular depolarization, i. e. QRXYS complex wave.2. there were two peaks in power spectum 1 and the power spectrum of heart period signal of rats had three peakssimilar to human.
