【摘要】 本研究结合超声粉碎、超速离心与ＤＥＡＥ阴离子交换届析等方法，从手术切除的人胃癌组织中提取了一种糖蛋白抗原ＧＰ２。分析结果表明ＧＰ２为一分子量在６７－１００ＫＤ范围、非均一的糖蛋白。进一步的研究表明其在生化特征等方面都与已报道的ＣＥＡ、ＣＡ１９－９及其它胃癌抗原不同。更多还原

【Abstract】 A novel glycoprotein,named GP2 was extracted from a resected stomach cancer specimen by a combination of ultrosonication, ultrocentrifugation and DEAE-Sephadex anion-exchange chromotography in the pressence of 8M Urea. Analysis showed that GP: contained protein and neutral sugar in an approximate ratio: of 2.1:1. After separated by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, Coomassie brilliant blue, PAS and AB staining demonstrated that GP: had a molecular weight ranging between 67,000 to 100,000.
