【摘要】 本文讨论了两个问题,一个是日本汽车发动机按规范要求大修后,发动机窜机油、冒黑烟而不能使用。作者认为,这主要是大修中由于对缸筒搪削而破坏了原缸筒表面所具有的特点所致。因此,建议对日本汽车发动机一般不宜大修。第二个问题是关于活塞环的更换,认为气缸园度不超限时完全可用更换活塞环的方法来恢复发动机的动力性。更换时要采用日本纯正部件,更换后要进行热磨和走合。文中最后对合理技术使用、延长发动机的使用寿命提出了5点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two problems were discussed in the paper. One was that after a Japanese truck engine was heavy repaired according to the requirement, it could not be used because of engine oil flow and black smoke. The author thought that this was caused by destroying the feature of the cylinder surface while boring the cylinder during heavy repair. So, we should avoid heavy repair for Japanese truck engine. The second one was about replacement of piston ring. The author thought that replacing piston ring could restore the engine ’ s dynamics when the cylinder was round enough. We should use Japanese parts to replace and make heat rub and break in. At the end, the author put forward five proposals to use engine rationally and lengthen its lifetime.更多还原
