亚硝酸盐和氨对罗氏沼虾幼体的毒性

【摘要】 本文研究了NO2--N与NH3-N对罗氏沼虾幼体的毒性作用,分别给出了NO2--N与NH3-N对罗氏沼虾Z5、Z7与Z9的24h、48h、72h、96h的LC50值,提出NO2--N对Z5、Z7和Z9的安全浓度分别为0.64,1.38和1.68mg/l,NH3-N1(NH3一Nm)的安全浓度分别为2.04(0.287),2.26(0.318)和2.55(0.358)mg/l。Z5与Z7分别经12天的NO2--N与NH3-N的亚急性毒性作用,均出现发育变态减缓,随毒物浓度的递增,幼体成活率与出苗率均递减,当毒物浓度超过安全浓度时,毒害作用明显增加。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the toxic effects of NO2 - N and NH3 - N on Macrobrachium rosenbergii larva. The 24h, 48h, 72h, and 96h LC50 values of NO2-N and NH3-N for Z5, Z7 and Z9 were obstained. The safe concentrations of No-2-N and NH3-Nt (NH3-Nm) for Z5, Z7 and Z9 were 0. 64, 1. 38, 1. 68mg/L and 2. 04(0. 287), 2. 26(0. 318),2. 55 (0. 358)mg/L respectively. The Larva of Z7 and Z5 poisoned subacutely for 12-day showed that the larval developement, metaborphosis and survival rate decreased with the concentration. The toxic effects of the toxicant strengthen obviously when the toxicant concentration exceeded the safe concentration.
