【摘要】 CO₂激光联合MEBO治疗外阴白色病变50例，旨在探索提高其疗效的方法。结果治疗1个疗程后总有效率90％，复发率10％。同时，分别用单纯CO₂激光治疗（B组）及药物治疗（C组）50例进行对照，总有效率分别为70％及64％，复发率13％及15％。CO₂激光联合MEBO疗效明显优于其他两组（P<0．01），且复发率明显降低（P<0．05）。有效率高，复发率低，无明显疲痕及毒副作用，消肿止痛，止痒快等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 5o cases of white lesion of vulva were treatedwith MEBO in combination with carbon dioxide laserSurgery. The total curative rate was 90% by one ther-apeutic course. Recurrence rate was 10%. At thesame time, 5O cases were treated with laser surgeryalone and 5O cases with MEBO alone. The total cura-tive rate of the two groups were respectively 70% and60% and recurrence rate 13% and 15 % respectively.MEBO in combination with laser surgery was superior.The difference between the curative rate was verysignificant (P<0.01)and the difference between therecurrence rate was also significant (P<0.05). Thiscombined treatment had the advantages of high effica-cy, low recurrence rate, no scar formation and no ad-verse effect.更多还原
