【摘要】 1992──1994年在我们收治的病人中，调查了174例病人的心理反应。其中男性116例，女性58例，年龄在18──70岁之间，调查总结出共同的心理反应为：特重烧伤初期多半出乎意料的镇静、冷淡、回话简单、少与人交谈，这是一种情绪休克，实际上这是一种心理上的防御反应。由于烧伤突如其来的刺激，又无思想准备，大部分引起精神过度紧张，恐惧情绪，此外对手术切痂，植皮及愈后效果可引起焦虑忧郁。不同年龄，伤势轻重，男女之间心理反应各异，青年怕伤残，功能畸形，影响社会劳动，影响生活。而老年人怕残废生活不能自理，年轻女性最怕影响容貌，影响家庭生活，特重病人最怕危及生命。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports an investigation on psychologi-cal responses of 174 burn patients with different de-gree of burn, at different stages, of different ages and sexes. The results were analyzed and the patients were divided into classes according to their psycho-togical response.
